Prepares men and women for work in the healthcare field as nursing assistants. Student nursing assistants learn basic nursing and communication skills. Upon completion of the course, students are eligible to take the exam for registration on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry. This course is a prerequisite for entrance into the Nursing - Associate Degree With a Practical Nursing Exit Point program.
