Explores the spectrum of healthy families to discern patterns associated with adaptive and maladaptive behaviors applying mental health principles. Emphasizes teaching and supporting healthy lifestyle choices for individuals of all ages. Nutrition, exercise, stress management, empowerment and risk reduction practices are highlighted.
