Focuses on the delivery of community and mental healthcare. Specific health needs of individuals, families and groups are addressed across the lifespan. Attention is given to diverse and at-risk populations. Mental health concepts concentrate on adaptive/maladaptive behaviors and specific mental health disorders. Community resources are examined in relation to specific types of support offered to racial, ethnic and economically diverse individuals and groups.
