413 365 - Basic Motor Controls
Continues the investigation of industrial electricity by introducing more complex theory and techniques. Focuses on timers, control devices, motors and PLCs. Students design control circuits, program PLCs and wire complex control circuits. Must be an Electricity program student or Industrial Wiring Certificate student. (Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in 413-380 Industrial Wiring Concepts)
