Examines the roles and responsibilities of a paralegal unique to a legal office related to maintaining confidentiality and the application of law. Students will conduct in-depth analysis of real-life scenarios to identify unauthorized practice of law, breach of confidentiality, unethical advertising and conflicts of interest. (Prerequisite: 110-101 Introduction to Paralegalism)
